Community Rules
**If you report someone breaking the rules you must have supporting evidence**
Section 1: Requirements and Conduct
You must have a working mic. We RP out using items in the server and voice. We do not RP using /me commands. Please avoid this if at all possible.
We treat everyone with respect and kindness without regard to race, national origin, sexual orientation, age, or any disability.
You must be at least of age to read, understand, and accept
these rules to play in this server. Failure to abide by these rules will
result in kicks, temporary bans or permanent bans at staff discretion depending
on the severity of the infraction.
We do not tolerate any hostile, threatening, or abusive behavior in the discord or in the FiveM server. Behavior of this nature will result in permanent ban from our community.
Character names must be realistic. You may not have names that are offensive or sexual in nature.
Do not go OOC at any time! If you have an issue that needs resolved you may do /calladmin or open a ticket in the discord. STAY IN CHARACTER AT ALL TIMES
You may not impersonate any emergency services personnel at any time. This includes clothing, vehicles, or any other identifying markers
When dying you may not remember the last 30 minutes. This means that you may not re-engage in the same situation or remember that situation
Section 2: The No Debates (These will result in disciplinary action)
RDM - Randomly killing another citizen with little to no RP - There is to be absolutely no RDM. We are an RP server, RP it out!
VDM - Killing another player or players by runing them down in a vehicle - There is to be absolutely no VDM. Using the excuse (they were not there in my eyes does not work unless you have video evidence to back that up)
Meta-Gaming - Using outside resources to give you an advantage in the city. This includes but is not limited to discord calls, watching someone else's stream, chatting on the phone, etc. - Don't meta-game, that ruins it for everybody, use the resources that we have in the city.
Powergaming - Doing something in the city that you would not realistically be able to do IRL - This includes a major crash and continuing, trying to fix your car immediately after wrecking, etc.
NITRP - No intent to roleplay - We are a roleplay server. Roleplay, that is what we do... Need to say more?
FailRP - Failing to properly RP out senarios - Also known as failing to fear RP as well. Do in the city what you would do IRL. If someone is pointing a gun at you, you do what they say or die.
Staff may not interupt an RP scene under any circumstance. Therefore you must do /report at the END of an RP scene if you believe rules were broken.
These are an example of rules regarding some RP scenarios
Section 3.1: RP Scenarios - Police RP
Being pulled over - You must stop when an officer pulls you over. You must give the officer their RP. You may only run from the police after they have ordered you out of the car.
Cuffed and Caught - Once you have been cuffed by an officer you are caught. You may not run within 30 seconds of being cuffed. If the officer fails to either seat you in a vehicle or have you sit on pavement or sidewalk you may then run again.
If you are in custody by the police you may not use items like your phone or radio (Doing so will actually get them taken off of you and not returned requiring you to buy another)
Do not cop bait. This means driving irratically back and forth in front of police, just to get them to pull you over
Police can be on or off duty. Off duty police may only engage in an emergent situation that happens in their presence. They may not go to action to engage. Any citizen can request an off duty police officer to present their police badge if engaged in a situation where that officer has identified themselves as off duty. Off duty officers are not allowed to be in police vehicles.
You may not interfere with an RP scene once it has started and may not join an RP scene unless you were apart of it from the beginning of the scene
Section 3.2: RP Scenarios - Kidnapping
Kidnapping - You may kidnap citizens of San Andreas. To do this you must follow the FearRP guidelines earlier. If you are the only one trying to kidnap someone they may defend themselves. It is best to kidnap in groups. NOTE: You may kidnap police if there are more than 6 on at once. No more than 1 officer may be kidnapped at one time. You may not take anything off of police officers. The maximum amount of time ANYONE can be kidnapped is 10 mins unless they agree to a longer time.
FearRP - You must fear for your life. There are certain stipulations to this. If it is 1 v 1 you may either fear for your life or fight. If there are 2 v 1 then the majority rules and you must fear for your life. Same with 2 v 2, 3 v 3, 3 v 2, etc.
Section 3.3: RP Scenarios - Robberies
Bank Robberies - There may be no more than 3 people and 1 vehicle on a fleeca bank robbery. You may be able to negotiate free passage if you have a hostage (and give good RP) however the police also have the option of using deadly force if it means getting the hostage out safely. If you do not have a hostage and are surrounded by police it is up to you to figure out how to get away. Pacific Standard Bank allows for 6 people and 2 cars, however there must be at least 9 cops on to rob PSB.
Store / Jewelry Robberies - You may rob store or jewelry with a maximum of 2 people and 1 vehicle. The end result depends of the RP performed between the cops and robbers.
You may not add people to the scene of any robbery. If a member of your crew has to leave the city for whatever reason they may not join the city upon flying back in.
Police have a total of 5 minutes to respond to the robbery. This is 5 minutes from the time the bell starts going off. If you finish the robbery and this 5 minute timer has not elapsed, you must wait to give the police the RP. If the timer has expired, then you are free to leave, however police can still catch up if they have identifiers, or evidence linking you/your crew to the crime.
Section 4: State of San Andreas Laws
Speed Limits - City - 50mph / County Roads - 65mph / Highways - 80mph ALL COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES REDUCED BY 5mph
You may treat red lights as stop signs and you must fully stop for 3 seconds before proceeding (sync)
U-Turns are strictly forbidden
Aircrafts must be taken off and landed at an airport or helipad
Masks are illegal and can result in contact with the police as probable cause for making contact with an individual
You must present ID when asked. Failure to do so can result in arrest of a subject for failing to identify themselves. Probable cause is not required to request a citizens ID
Section 5: Rules Regarding Money
As members of a department, gang, or any society that contains society money you are expected to hold yourself to the highest possible standards of integrity. You may have access to society funds. Giving yourself money from government funds is strictly forbidden and it is logged. Doing this will result in a permanent ban from the server. Gangs, businesses, and other organizations can handle as they see fit as this is logged as well.
You may give cash to another person, however you must be next to them. Doing this far away is considered powergaming and will be treated as such.
Failure to pay fines / bills can and will lead to your arrest. If fines or bills are not paid the debtor can request garnishment of funds from your account by placing a ticket in discord.
During traffic stops / arrests fines are issued on the spot. Fines must also be paid on the spot.
You may not give yourself money from another character that you own. (Money from your cousin) This is logged and is grounds to have all your characters funds depleted. If done a second time, you will be permanently banned.
